1、Inconel 718 brief introduction

Inconel 718(UNS N07718) is an age-hardenable austenitic nickel-basedsuperalloy. Strength is largely dependent on the precipitation of a gamma prime phase during heat treatment. It exhibits excellent high yield tensile and creep-rupture properties at temperatures up to 700℃Fand oxidation resistance to 980℃. It is used in applications that require high strength such as parts for jet engines and high speed airframe parts such as wheels, buckets, spacers and high temperature bolts and fasteners, gas turbine, pump, low temperature engineering and acid environment etc.
